Space for grace is both an approach and a network of people. We exist to:
- Inspire individual members to integrate their faith into their organisational work.
- Share knowledge and learning to improve leadership and organisational change practices in churches and Christian organisations.
- Facilitate relationships between members for collaboration and mutual support.
We do this through:
- providing access to a rich online resource of learning about change and leadership in the context of Christian organisations.
- sending out weekly thoughts
- organising ‘Encounter’ workshops where people share experiences, exchange ideas, thoughts and learning
- providing consultancy services to faith-based clients contemplating change
